She says, "forcing positivity when you’re struggling can do more harm than good, creating feelings of isolation during tough times."
Let's go one step further and see what Mike Dooley says about fear and challenges. He urges us to have a "reverse worry" practice to "off-set your fear".
💡 Try this: jot down frustrations or struggles—from embarrassing moments to heartbreak, in the “anti-gratitude” section of your journal. Then, jot down your "reverse worry" gratitudes to create statements in your favor and build your authentic belief gratitudes.
